Finance, Operations, and Human Resources Manager - $70,000-82,000/year, Full Time (¾-time is an option), Hybrid/Remote with some local travel in the Twin Cities

COR sounds like “core” and is the Latin word for “heart”. This position takes care of all things that are vital to ELEA HEALY’s people, finances, and operations.

ELEA HEALY - Remodelists is dedicated to the betterment of the remodeling industry. We are looking for someone to join our Remodelist team who can actively support our ongoing operations activities including finance and human resources. Our Remodelists are expected to be easy to talk to, supportive of coworkers and clients alike, and have professional habits that are in step with being in people’s homes.

In addition to base wages, this position includes a generous paid time off, holiday, health care package, tech/wellness reimbursements, and 401K with company match.   • 5+ years of bookkeeping experience

  • Strong Quickbooks Online competency

  • Payroll and benefits management

  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience

  • Computer skills, including Google Suite, construction project management software, or constituent relationship management software

  • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • You thrive on the details, with attention to deadlines 

  • Team player

Additional skills that are a plus, but not required:

  • Experience working in CoConstruct Project Management software, Pipedrive CRM/sales software, Trello Project Management software, and Gusto payroll software

  • Additional certifications or trainings related to the remodeling industry

  • Marketing strategy experience

  • Project Management or other leadership experience

  • Team Building experience, including Gallup Strengthfinders

  • Strategic Planning
